Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals 2007
July 11-13, 2008 / Carlisle, PA
The annual All-Chrysler Nationals event at Carlisle, PA has been running since 1991 and over the course of the past 17 years, it has become what many consider to be one of the best Mopar shows in the country. A virtual Mopar lovers paradise, this years event featured a reunion of all Dodge and Plymouth FM3 Panther Pink/Moulin Rouge cars and a special display of stock and modified Dodge Challengers in celebration of the new Dodge muscle car, along with thousands of other extraordinary Mopar examples spread throughout the Fairgrounds. Other highlights included a retro 1968 Mopar dealership display, a special gathering of several Sox & Martin drag cars, and the ferocious 58 Plymouth Fury from Steven King’s Christine.
Special guests included Chris Jacobs, co-host of Overhaulin’; appearances from members of the Sox & Martin race team; drag racing star Herb McCandless; Norm Kraus, founder of Grand Spaulding Dodge and Mr. Norm’s Sport Club; among others. The All-Chryslers at Carlisle included other regular show features like a Manufacturers Midway, an all-Mopar swap meet, burnout and beauty contests, a charity auction, drag racing at Quarter Aces Drag-O-Way, and much more.
